You should register as early as possible as many courses fill up quickly.
You can register in the following ways:
- Online at the Cambridge Institute’s website. Pay by Dankort or credit card.
- Personally at the offices of the Cambridge Institute: Borgergade 14, 1st floor, 1300 Copenhagen K
The majority of the Cambridge Institute’s courses are supported by public grants under the Danish Public Information Act. This legislation demands that participants give their name, date of birth, and address upon registration, and that all participants who are attending a course outside their own municipality provide their full CPR number.
Confirmation of successful enrolment on the desired course is sent by email.
In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled, we will try to offer you a similar course. If you do not wish to transfer your registration to the alternative course, your initial payment will be refunded in full. If you cancel your registration for a course, a refund can only be given if you cancel no later than one week before the scheduled start date. After this point, your registration is binding. In the case of cancellations, we deduct an administration fee of 100 kr.
Transferring to a different course
You can be moved to another course if your request is made at least one week before the course is scheduled to start. Beyond this point, your registration is binding. If you start your course, but find out that you are at the wrong level, you can be moved to another course that is scheduled for the same period if there is a space on the desired course. This should be arranged in consultation with your teacher and/or language consultant. The transfer must take place before the third session.
Coffee and water
There are coffee machines where you can buy coffee and te and you can also find cold filtered water free of charge.
